Expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost. These options typically take 2-3 business days for delivery within the United States and 3-5 business days for international delivery.

International Shipping:
We ship internationally to many countries, shipping rates and times will vary depending on your location.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Return & Exchange Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day return/exchange policy. Please contact us for more information on how to process a return or exchange.

At HeavenlyKraft, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. Please note that custom and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Policy:
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to initiate the return process. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy:
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to initiate the exchange process. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Shipping and handling charges will apply to the exchanged item.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will either replace the item or process a refund for the purchase price, including shipping and handling charges.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
